custom/new module not showing in list

even after "updating module list " ,new module is not showing into module list , so I am unable to install, please help me

Hello Vinay,

Following reasons can cause the problem ...

1) Make sure that [6.0RC1] having __openerp__.py file and stable version [5.0.14] having __terp__.py.
2) Make sure you have set 'Installable' : True in __openerp__.py/__terp__.py.
3) All *.py files should be in __init__.py.
4) All *.xml files should be in __openerp__.py/__terp__.py.
