OpenERP forum registration error

Hi for the previous 2 weeks I have been trying to register as new user to OpenERP forum without success, I am from Indonesia and I tried 2 different internet provider to register and until now still unable to register (getting http error code 500)

I emailed <email address hidden> and <email address hidden> and the problem still persist.

I am sorry If this is not the correct place to report this problem; could you please help notify the forum administrator since it looks like my email has not been read.

I am having the exact same problem. It would be nice if others could click on the register button to see if they obtain the same error Possibly someone from OpenERP could comment.

new OpenErp user/dev still cannot register to the forum; even the mailing list on http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users as describen in doc
http://doc.openerp.com/v6.1/contribute/13_communication.html is not available.

It works! Thank you very much. Please note that I could only get by the Confirmation code if I used Firefox and I could not login with Chrome - only firefox.

I did a test registration with Chrome (v23 on Ubuntu 12.04) just after fixing the registration, and it worked fine, including the captcha code. I'm also logged in right now using Chrome, so it seems to work fine.
Note that many people have had trouble logging in on the forum since it was moved from "www.openerp.com" to "forum.openerp.com", due to older authentication cookies lying around.
That's why I added a special note on the login form to tell people to clear their cookies if they have trouble logging in.

As cookies are local to each browser, that could explain the difference you see between Chrome and Firefox, it's at least worth a shot.

Clearing the cookies (on Chrome) solved my problems specific to logging in using Chrome.

Hi there, this is not fixed yet. The 'confirmation' image (captcha) shows a broken image/blank error image. therefore I cannot register.
Please can someone fix this?

Alex, I've just fixed the registration CAPTCHA on the forum, thanks for reporting it.

I switched it to a Q&A CAPTCHA instead of a graphical one, as there seem to be multiple issues with the graphical versions under certain circumstances, and we seem to have hit those circumstances.
I hope you registration will succeed now. Do not forget to clear your browser cookies if you have trouble logging in at some point.

BTW, the forum is far from the only way to obtain free community support, and is perhaps not the most efficient one. Other resources include:
