Complete Beginer here, how do I enable multitouch?

I have a magic trackpad. I can scroll with two fingers and right click with two fingers, the basic moves.

But I'm looking for the gestures, like a three finger swipe to activate expose(or ubuntu equivalent) or a two finger swipe left to go back a page.

Does this exist for ubuntu or did I read it wrong?

I believe the only gesture actually implemented outside of eog and evince is a 3-finger touch to activate window resizing. As you discovered, some gestures are also automatically translated into mouse actions.

More functions are still to come.
