mono audio on video conversion

When converting audio file, resulting vorbis audio is stereo.
When converting video, resulting vorbis audio is always mono, even if the original track is stereo.

Is there a way to get stereo audio in video conversion?

P.S. Many thanks for this nice tool! Is the only one that keeps all the audio tracks in video conversion! :-)

After upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04, this problem is overridden.

I'm on 11.10, and this is still happening to me. I have tried converting .ts files in 5.1 surround, and they all wind up in mono.
