Errors when installing offline iHRIS

I attempted an install of the "Offline" version on a Windows XP SP2 device, but I can not get past the screen where I select Qualify or Manage...The next page just generates errors.

Error screen:

An old installation of MySQL can cause this error.

For example, another HR package (OrangeHRM) may have installed the MySQL.

Solution: uninstall the conflicting program and reinstall Offline iHRIS.
