There is no notification bar icon for KDE (neither for GNOME without Ubuntu's sound menu). And no plasmoid.

However, Google Music Frame is MPRIS [1] compliant and I found two plasmoids [2][3] supporting MPRIS (but not tested). Can you please check them out and report whether they works?
