Notify OSD

Having Bubbles in full-screen apps

Currently in Karmic, the notifications are suppressed when one application is in full-screen mode. As long as there is no connection of this behaviour with the user's presence as suggested in <https://bugs.launchpad.net/notify-osd/+bug/372789/comments/24>, how can I switch them on always? Is there a configuration file maybe?

No, there isnt any configuration available.
