Load balancing OVS

When trying to run a scenario with 2 sources VM, a list of SFs in a port pair group and a destination, according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/networking-sfc/+bug/1604427/comments/2, each source should forward packets to a different VM into the port pair group (The OVS implementation uses a hash of the source IP address/MAC to distribute traffic to the buckets in the OVS Group.). But in my example, both source forward packets to the same VM in the ppg, can somebody explain why if the IP adress and MAC are different for the two sources?

Something I have to dig in to confirm, but the bug I just linked may be the reason: we currently do not set the parameters as mentioned in doc and original spec, so this can be why it does not work here.

Can you help with this problem?
