Ubuntu Netbook Remix

I have no sound and I also can't download software anymore

I have two problems with the new Ubuntu operating system.

First, I have no sound or any audio at all and I want to listen to music today.

Second, I get an incredibly sickening message from accessories and the other software which just says revert. None of the software will run. This is very, very sick.

I also can not add or remove software like I could last night. Nothing happens when I click on the software icon. This is also incredibly sick,

Please get back to me within the hour about repairing the sound and the applications and fix the adding and removing software.

Please reply with a personal response and not a sickening form letter, again, within the hour.
