table of contents moderncv

Asked by Bernardo Maciel

Hi,

Before anything else, thanks for developing moderncv.

Now, my question is: is it possible to insert a table of contents at the begininnig of the CV?
Thanks!

Hello Bernardo,

Normally, the following should do the trick:
\@biblabel{\arabic{enumiv}}

I don't have access to a computer with LaTeX right now, so can't test it really. Please let me know if it indeed works as planned :-)

Cheers,

Xavier

Oops sorry, I meant:
\renewcommand*{\bibliographyitemlabel}{\@biblabel{\arabic{enumiv}}}
in your header

As you can guess, the label of the bibliographical entries are controlled by \bibliographyitemlabel. Just modify that one to your tastes :-)

Kind regards,

Xavier

Thanks for the prompt response.

\renewcommand*{\bibliographyitemlabel}{[\arabic{enumiv}]} does
[1] ...
[2] ...
which is just what I need.

But does the \@biblabel part matter? Because if I include it I get
biblabel[1] ...
biblabel[2] ...

Just out of curiosity, I'm not very skilled on LaTeX/BibTeX.

Thanks a lot!

No, you're plain right. I just wanted to replace the \@biblabel by \bibliographyitemlabel from the first post, and was a bit to quick.

Thanks for the correction!
