numark mixtrack pro 2 skin/mapping in mixxx 2.0

Any DJs out there with experience with using Mixxx 2.0 with Numark Mixtrack pro 2 controller? I'm running Mixxx 2.0 on Ubuntu 15.10 and I have problems to install the mixtrack pro 2 mapping on Mixxx 2.0 for ubuntu. The Mixxx forum did not bring me any help, nor did any other forum I tried. I recently bought the Numark controller and after 15 years with ubuntu the last thing i want to do is to install windows along ubuntu. Mixxx recognizes my controller but refuses to install the skin/interface/mapping for the controller. The problems seems to be that I cant remove the commom-controllers.scripts.js protocol from mixxx. Even when I

sudo nautilus /usr/shared/mixxx/controllers/

and delete the commom-controllers.scripts.js file it wont disappear from mixxx, and I cant choose the file right script even thou it's listed in the options. I will update any info I can get on the mixxx forum here to help users with similar problems.

common-controller-scripts.js is necessary for all script mappings to work. Did you install both the XML and JS file from the forum? They should go in ~/.mixxx/controllers/, not /usr/share/mixxx/controllers/

The forum has more attention paid to it than Launchpad questions, so it'd be better to ask there.
