Implement Harmonic Mixxxing

Hi,

I'd like to propose to implement tonal mixing or at least key detection in Mixxx. It's standard in all closedsource competitors and now really at reach.

Rapid Evolution, a cross platform key detection program has gone open source a few weeks ago. Why not join forces?

Hi Frosckönig,

this is an interesting Idea, to join forces with Rapid Evolution. But I am afraid we have no contributor who has time to evaluate this idea.

Do you have a clue how we can participate from each other?
What is the license of Rapid Evolution.
What is needed to use Rapid Evolution Data from inside Mixxx?

You are very welcome to checkout our current master of Mixxx https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx, which includes harmonic mixing features and test it.
We are happy about every bug report describing issues or wishes.
