ValueError : max() arg is an empty sequence

I am trying to generate the process mu- mu+ > go go q q~ in the mssm model. While launching the process, I get the following error
Command "generate_events run_01" interrupted with error:
ValueError : max() arg is an empty sequence

How do I debug this?

What is the version of MG5aMC that you are using?
What is the content of the debug file?

This sound similar to this: https://answers.launchpad.net/mg5amcnlo/+question/706940 but that was for NLO computation,
you are doing LO right?
