Please paste /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

Use a text editor to edit the sources list:

#sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

It should look like this :

----- medibuntu.list below here -----
## Medibuntu - Ubuntu 8.04 LTS "hardy heron"
## Please report any bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/
deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non-free
#deb-src http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non-free
----- medibuntu.list above here -----

Then press Ctrl-X and answer Y to save the file.

Afterwards you can

# apt-get update

to make sure all is ok
