Failed to parse channel file: Could not match 'I999B8C23D12M64T8G8Y0' to a value

Asked by Mrts

Hello!

I created a custom channel list with `scan` from dvb-utils in Ubuntu Hardy, but me-tv dies with

Failed to parse channel file: Could not match 'I999B8C23D12M64T8G8Y0' to a value

The channel list looks as follows:

 ETV;Levira:666000:I999B8C23D12M64T8G8Y0:T:27500:0:730=est:880:0:1:12801:0:0
 Kalev Sport;Levira:666000:I999B8C23D12M64T8G8Y0:T:27500:0:818=est:0:0:3:12801:0:0

How should I proceed?

Replace "me-tv dies" with "me-tv exits gracefully" ;)

Why did `scan` generate 'I999B8C23D12M64T8G8Y0', I don't know, you should ask the dvb-apps guys about that, it is not a Me TV issue. That channels.conf is not in a valid format for Me TV, it requires the xine format.

Thanks,

Michael
