Magento OpenERP Connector

access denied

For Smile addon.When i try to syncronize the products and stock i receive the errror .
MagentoError
Magento returned <fault 2:'Access denied.'>

The import of orders is working altthough the value and products id is not imported.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Your API username and password are incorrect.

Create a web services user with a role which has access to all objects.

The webservices user can be created in magento backend at System > Web Services > User/Roles

nope. Username and password is correct ( the orders syncronization part is working)
