Jack Audio utility conection

Asked by Daggaz

Hi,
I'm exploring Luz Studio and I'm very happy about it. It's really great.
My question is about connectivity with Audio Jack (QJackCtl). Why Luz doesn't have it? Is there a way to connect it through Jack? What programs handle OSC?
I have already tryed to make actors react to a microphone input or a midi sequencer (througt jack), without luck :<

I'm not very familiar with Jack.

Luz Input Manager reads MIDI from PortMIDI. You'll need to run the Input Manager to see MIDI. I'm not sure if it will see MIDI from Jack. Please let me know if you try it and get in touch via email if you'd like.

Luz Spectrum Analyzer reads audio from ALSA / asoundlib. I would accept patches for JACK support.

> What programs handle OSC?

Many programs can send and receive OSC, though you only need the included helper apps Input Manager and Spectrum Analyzer, which send OSC to Luz.

Can you help with this problem?
