i have wubi, but when i select all stuff i dont know, cant run her

i have wubi as alt os, so i select it, butthen all this language comes up i never seen before, tried to bribe it into running, even used f8 used safe mode, but waaaaaaghhh nothing

v8 and v9 releases were broken
