mounting fails - "Dropping to a shell!" Wubi-herd4-v7.exe

When I boot with ubuntu after installing it with wubi I get this:

mount: Mounting /dev/hdc1 on /host failed: No such device

and then:

ALERT! does not exist. Dropping to a shell!

and then:

/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
(initramfs)

Then it will just sit there and not do anything else.

This is an existing bug in the current Wubi-herd4-v7.exe.
Fix is allready in the pipe.
