Easy install on windows?

Hello,
I am actually running bzr on my Windows laptop and I would like to have the possibility to offer a web interface on my repository to other people I am working with.

I downloaded the Loggerhead archive, but there are only Linux oriented directions and the huge list of dependencies makes manual installation on Windows a royal pain.

Is it possible to prepare a windows specific installation package? If that's too big effort, also some windows oriented (or, better, platform agnostic) documentation would do fine.
