Please add "Ubuntu Kenya LoCo Team" to the teams portal.

I'm a member of the Ubuntu Kenya LoCo team. It's been around for a while now.

In order for the team to appear in LTP, the team in Launchpad must be a member of the https://launchpad.net/~locoteams team.

Can you help with this problem?
