Ubuntu Washington LoCo has two pages

The Ubuntu Washington LoCo has two pages:

  http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/washingtonstate
  http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-washington

However, the washintonstate team no longer exists in Launchpad, so I
think the first of those two pages can be deleted.

This has caused at least one user some confusion:

If the ubuntu-washington team IS the washingtonstate team, then an admin or LC member can merge the teams.

This is caused by creating a new team/renaming a team in LP.

I assume that means I need to talk to someone in #ubuntu-locoteams?
It's not clear from the site who I need to talk to about fixing
information in the directory.
