Why not FAT32?

FAT16 appears to be the standard for USB jumpdrives, and the most universally understood file system. For example, the UEFI 2.0 specification mandates that devices must be able to boot from FAT16.

That being said, it would be relatively easy to add an option (checkbox) to "use FAT32".

Sounds Kosher to me. At least this way you could have a folder for windows files. Better yet maybe you could just buy a Mandriva Flash and figure out why their USB stick can do sooo much more.... I guess you get what you pay for..
