live usb creator for xubuntu?

Could Ubuntu Usb creator works whith a CD Live of Xunbuntu? I would like to install Xubuntu on an old pc laptop Sony Vaio.. Thanks for your answers.

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't, assuming you mean to use the Startup Disk Creator in Ubuntu with an .iso file/live CD of Xubuntu. The desktop environment may be XFCE instead of GNOME, but it's still Ubuntu underneath.

As far as a definitive answer goes, you could probably find out quicker by just trying it for yourself.
