It might be possible to add, but before I'll have to see how Exchange organizes shared calendars. How do you identify these shared calendars, say in Outlook or Exchange Web Access? Can you modify them or are they read only?

Hi Simon, thanks for your fast reply. I am pretty new to the exchange/outlook stuff and I am currently using the OWA webinterface.I got a mail saying that some wants to share his/her calender with me an that I can add this calendar. In my calendar view i have two categories 'My Calendars' and 'People's Calendars'. In my case there is this new shared calendar in 'People's Calendars' I added and which is read only (but of course it might be possible to also grant write access). I can drag and drop this shared calendar to 'My Calendars'. The calenders aren't synchronized in the way that I only have one single calendar view, instead I have one calendar view for each of the calendars.

I suppose the person sharing their calender with you uses the same Exchange system, and not gmail or so?

Could you show me roughly how their calendar URL looks like, or how else their calendar location was specified in the mail?

Thanks, I see. I'll have to find out how to locate these invitations in
the Exchange store.
