Not possible to logon with user from ActiveDirectory (centrifydc/likewise)

How to logon with user from ActiveDirectory (cenrifydc/likewise)?
"GDM" have "Other" for input username and password. LightDM doesn't have it.

The option to show "Other" entry is disabled by default, in 12.04 you can enable it by editing /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf and setting greeter-show-manual-login = True in the [SeatDefaults] section
