libmodbus

Libmodbus 3.0.1 on Windows install

Hey people

I'm having a tough time trying to install the libmodus 3.0.1 on win32. On the website: libmodbus.org there are procedures to install the libmodus on unix systems but only a few tips are provided to install it on win32.

It's possible with mingw or cygwin, I've received various patches to enhance the Windows support (VC and so on) but I don't know this world very well and the patches are not clean.
