please delete personal PPA ~apw/jaunty-kernel

I have foolishly named this PPA with a non-reusable name and so it might be best to remove it. If removal is not possible but renaming it at the prefix level is possible then please to feel free to change the prefix to ~apw/black and I will re-use it. Thanks!

LOSAs, you can do this with some SQL:

{{{
update archive set name='black' from person where person.name='apw' and archive.name='jaunty-kernel' and archive.owner=person.id;
}}}

You also need to rename the existing PPA repo directory on germanium *at the same time*.
