setting up a mailing list for egyptteam

I tried long time ago to setup a contact address for egyptteam https://edge.launchpad.net/~egyptlocoteam , now i have control over the team mailing list which is <email address hidden> at https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-eg , now i got this message when i tried again to set the contact address to <email address hidden> .

"The application for this team's mailing list has been declined. Please contact a Launchpad administrator for further assistance."

We already have a mailing list, and it's approved. The point is that we can't add it as "ubuntu-eg contact address".
