Please review translation imports for schooltool.gradebook

I have imported translations from bzr branch, but while the template was imported automatically, the .po files still aren't after 10 days:

I know that the files are in non-standard location, but maybe a pattern can be set on review so that I do not have to ask the next time?

Hi!
As you pointed out correctly, the files are not in the standard location. You will have to fix that in order to get them approved. Manual approval for all these files is too time consuming. Please change the layout to look like this:

src/schooltool/gradebook/locales/ar.po
