svn importing from a berlios.de project

Asked by Scott Howard

Hello, I see that the import of qtiplot is failing [1,2]. berlios.de (the host for the svn) is using svn version 1.2.1 [3]. Is this a bug because their svn version is old? Also, should we stop importing since it is taking 5 hours of import computing time 4 times a day to fail? Thank you.

It's hard to say why the import is failing, it's probably not directly related to the version berlios are running. It may get better when we switch to bzr-svn (soon, hopefully).

We can probably do an import from a local copy of the repository (I think berlios offer that somewhere).

The import has now failed 5 times and is thus suspended, no reason to worry about burning CPU :)
