Delete svn import of puppet and facter projects

Hi,

Upstream for the puppet and facter projects has moved from svn to git. Thus the svn imports for both projects can be deleted:

I've also requested new imports from the upstream git repository. If they could be set as the master branch in launchpad that would also be helpful:

First, the project owner needs to set https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/puppet/master and https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/facter/master as the "development focus". Then we will be able to delete the branches.

I've marked both svn branches as invalid. They were failing anyway.
