Fix meta-lp-deps branches broken by bug 377519

Several branches of meta-lp-deps were reassigned, thus changing their effective name.

The ones which were stacked are now broken, as per bug 377519.

I need an admin to manually fix up the bzr-side stacked_on metadata for the following three branches:

Actually, you don't need a LOSA for this, fiddling the branch.conf file via sftp is enough, changes are propagated to the mirrored side.

When would they be propagated? I set up a test branch, and 12 hours later the http side is still broken.
