Maintainer of ZopeToolkit packages

Hi,

some Zope packages should belong to "ztk-steering-group" (as the maintainer) but are currently registered by the Registry Administrators.

Can you please change ownership for the following packages:

zope.app.form
zope.app.publisher
zope.app.schema
zope.app.security
zope.app.securitypolicy
zope.app.server
zope.app.testing
zope.app.twisted
zope.component
zope.deferredimport
zope.deprecation
zope.event
zope.exceptions
zope.formlib
zope.i18nmessageid
zope.pagetemplate
zope.proxy
zope.publisher
zope.schema
zope.tal
zope.tales
zope.testbrowser

I changed all that were owned by Registry Admins.

I cannot change zope.component, zope.deferredimport, zope.deprecation, zope.event, zope.exceptions, zope.i18nmessageid, or zope.proxy because they're owned by Elliot Murphy, so I will assign this bug to him for follow up.

I registered those projects so that I could get a code import going last year. I've now reassigned them to ztk-steering-group. Happy steering!
