This isn't something we can do - might be more appropriately filed as a bug/feature request.

I've cleared the relevant details.

Its rather pointless though, as until the account owner sets their location (and makes it hidden if they want), anyone can change it back. As per design, so changing this policy needs to go through the design team and Mark has so far rejected previous calls to change this.
