Create a group called gentoo-pandora
I'm not sure how much info you need to verify the need of a project group, so I'm going all out. :)
The Gentoo for Pandora Linux distribution is based off of Gentoo and built for the Pandora handheld, obviously. Because we're already based off of an existing OS, we don't have to provide an extensive collection of resources. We only have to "wrap" the official Gentoo portage tree and other Gentoo-critical components with our own patches or utilities to make it work.
Thus, Gentoo for Pandora is pretty much a bunch of jigsaw pieces. Currently, we have the following three projects registered:

This project provides a set of utilities and patches, as mentioned, and are used to create a Gentoo image compatible with the Pandora or similar devices.

Compiling on a 600MHz processor is no fun, especially if you have to do it more than once, so we cache pre-built binaries with default features (USE flags) here. (We were hesitant to create an entire project for it, but we decided to do it in the end. Because it has its own project, our users can file bug reports against buggy binaries, or request new ones pretty easily. Also, if anyone else wants to create their own binaries, they can make their own branch.)

Not every piece of software available for Gentoo officially is going to work on ARM processors. Neither is Gentoo officially going to maintain tools that are very nice to have on the Pandora. We expect to do a lot of unofficial script and patch writing to support special needs in a restricted, relatively exotic environment, so this project was set up to pull these together into a Gentoo "overlay", which is the equivalent of an unofficial apt-get repository in Ubuntu.
And, of course, a gentoo-pandora project group would tie these projects, and any future projects, together.
