Allow self-signed cert for mathcii code import

The code import at https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/mathcii/trunk requires a self-signed cert (see https://svn.devzero.de/noame/tmp/trunk/).

Please update the code import machines to allow this certificate.
