Account merge

Hello,

I would like to merge my two accounts as follows:

New account: kwilczynski
Old account: krzysztof-wilczynski

Old account should be merged into the new one recently created. I am requesting this merge as I no longer have access to the mail box associated with my old account, plus I would like to use the shorter form from now on.

There are two things I would like to retain from my old account:

- account creation date
- OpenGPG key

Everything else can be removed permanently.
