SVN import from upstream project fails

Asked by Lenz Grimmer

Hi there,

thanks a lot for approving the SSL certificate for getting the SVN trunk of the "Gemeinschaft" project imported. The job has been started three times now, but always aborts with a Python error. Could you please take a look at this? Thanks!

Is there anything wrong with the upstream repository that requires fixing?

Bye,

Wow, that's a new failure. I filed https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-cscvs/+bug/376774 to track this, though I don't realistically know when I'll get time to dig into this further...

Hmm, OK...
Any idea what might be causing this? Is there any info I could provide from the upstream project for you?

Well, cscvs is open source, so you could grab the source, try running the import by hand and debugging the failure, I guess.

It looks like the explosion is around the time svnmerge started to be used, but I can't believe this is the only repo we import where svnmerge is used, so I still have no real idea.

Sorry to be so unhelpful :/

Can you help with this problem?
