Increase repository size for ppa:esmil/ppa

Hi, my upload was rejected because my ppa apparently ran out of space. I've deleted all outdated packages now, but my upload is still rejected.

Hi Emil,

Even though you have deleted outdated packages, the PPA garbage collection doesn't happen instantaneously and the job for it only runs periodically. So you will see the updated disk usage only after its next run.

Since the current default quota for all public PPAs is 8 GiB, I have increased the quota of your PPA to 8 GiB now.
