Increase available storarage for ppa:xypron/gnu-efi

Dear colleagues,

my ppa:xypron/gnu-efi exceeds the storage limit when building linux-firmware and kernels. Please, increase the limit to 5 GiB.

The limit of your PPA has been increased to 8 Gib!
