Please increase PPA size to 4Gb for ppa:delmic-soft/partner

As we keep packaging for newer releases for Ubuntu, there is more and more disk space used. In addition our new packages are bigger. So we just hit the 2Gb limit. Could you bump up the limit to 4Gb of this PPA?

Our default for new private PPAs has been 20GiB since 2015, so I just bumped it to that.
