how to raise a ticket within this system?

Hello, it is my first time here and I need to raise a ticket for my company Eurotech.
How can I do it?

This is the right place to file tickets related to launchpad!
To contact the launchpad support you can:
- open a new question here (as you did)
- contact us on IRC (#launchpad channel for user questions, #launchpad-dev for development. Both are on irc.libera.chat. )
- contact us on Mattermost (~launchpad)

Please note that Mattermost is Canonical internal.
