Problems with Launchpad Git ?

Hey there few git issues bugging me since the last few hours or maybe minutes ?
Few hours ago pushing git commits was going flawlessly but now some error pops up, and my git commits are not sent to remote host at launchpad and also retrying says 'Everything up-to-date'
Is there any issues currently with launchpad as i don't seem to have done anything with my locally installed git etc.
Also my network seems to work fine P.S. Did a system cache clean too.
