Answer/ubuntu server not responding to information request on questions

I clicked for information request from user on the question.
Status of question remains as answered.
User opens question as needs more information
Status of question remains as answered.
Could someone please look into the server status ?

I can reproduce the issue and I do think that is a bug.

Could you please click on "Create bug report"?

As a workaround, if you have sufficient permissions, you could change the status manually by clicking on the pen icon next to the status. If you lack permissions, please reach out, then I process that.
