Please enable riscv64 for my ppa

Hi,

I'm working on sponsoring https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/golang-github-containers-toolbox/+bug/1993888 and one of the changes is removing a riscv64 patch. I would like to check if that is correct, and if the package builds without that patch, but for that I need riscv64 to be enabled in my test ppa.

Could you please enable the riscv64 architecture for the above PPA? Thanks!
