risc-v-builds/devirt for ppa:~ubuntu-tegra/proposed and /updates

Hi,

As part of work on images for Tegra platforms, we're using PPAs for backports and to stage proposed packages.

With guidance from the Foundations team, I'm trying to turn on all release architectures as to catch potential regressions on these packages (albeit we really need only arm64 builds and amd64 for arch: all).

For RISC-V, I need permission to turn this on (I think it's the devirt permission?); would you mind turning this on for these two PPAs:
ubuntu-tegra/proposed
ubuntu-tegra/updates
