Please increase size and add riscv64 to PPA

Hi,

we have to build riscv64 as well in preparation for SRUs (at least for jammy).
Furthermore these builds can get quite big.

We used to do that in personal PPAs but wanted to change to a team owned one that will also be re-used for the ~quarterly updates - which hopefully means we only need to enable this now and then not each time again.

Therefore I'm asking if you could please apply the following changes for https://launchpad.net/~canonical-server/+archive/ubuntu/postgresql-sru-preparation:
- enable risc64
- increase size to ~>=10GB (we can ask again for the unlikely case to exceed even that)

I have increased the size, though currently only Colin has the permissions to enable RISC-V.
