Possible spam / fraudulent acccount ~canonica1

I noticed a seemingly fraudulent account named ~canonica1 with the display name 'Ubuntu One' was changing the status of a particular bug that I follow (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/2002503), as well as leaving a link to what I presume is a phishing or similar site as a comment on the same bug - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/2002503/comments/2

Hi Alex, thank you for reporting this to us. These definitely look like impersonation, bug vandalism, and spamming. I have suspended the account in question.

I will discuss the impersonation issue with my team and see if we can do anything to prevent this from happening again in the future.
