Can't post attachments to Launchpad

For the past week, I've been unable to post any attachments to Launchpad.

All I get is the Oops screen and an error id:
 (Error ID: OOPS-28f8d336cc28ae55b1b9f649be78d8d9)

I've had to post the file in my Google Drive and then post a link in the Bug.

The error is a timeout. Some work has been done since then.

Could you please try it again and let us know whether it worked out?

This has been a transient problem for the past few weeks.

Eventually the post does go through, but not without trying 5 or 6 times.

I've seen on the Launchpad channel on Mattermost there were some issues with the LP Servers filling up its storage. Once that issue was resolved I had no more problems until it happened again. The latest incident was Tuesday (Jan 3)

Should I start posting lists of OOPS codes if it happens again?

I think it would make sense to post a couple of OOPS-ids, as then we could verify if it is the same reason.

Second attempt succeeded.

I'm in Taipei, and my coworkers say getting timeouts is very common and to just keep trying until it succeeds.

These are all timeouts.

Could you please add some information about the attachment size?

Also, do you have a stable and fast internet connection?

There is also a bug report with the same traceback.

I think it makes sense to continue investigating at the bug issue.

All of these issues have occurred while I am in the Taipei Office (Mingshen location). The devices are connected to the corporate LAN through Ethernet.

I am using the internal tool, bugit, to open new issues on Launchpad. (https://launchpad.net/bugit)

Bugit also collects logs and uploads them to the LP issue.

A typical list of logs may look like this:
snap_list.log (1.6Kb)
acidump.log (3.2Mb)
sosreport...tar.gz (4.4Mb)

One of the bugs that had problems with uploading was:

(all of the bugs in the lookout-canyon project were filed with bugit.)
